7mm stw Thoughts
I am considering a 7mm stw new gun. What are peoples thoughts? What gun makers make the 7mm stw? Do they still make the 7mm rum?

Thanks for the info I am thinking about the new The Viper HS 4-16x44 LR and then send it to vortex and have them make my a bdc turret

I have been in contact w/ the farmer we hunt and he said dont waste your time they are down. We usually make it over this time of year but he said dont bother. Was not what i wanted to hear. But good luck maybe it will better in your neck of the woods

Great pics Rick i love the pipe kill and the little school of rats. I love when mommas around and they just cling to her in clumps of targets.

Oh how fun it is to launch and watch them take flight as i have been told by some and i agree its the funniest thing to do w/ cloths on

Ya Oregon Has it all Beach, Thick fir forest, High mts, and the high desert. And some good rat shooting , crabbing(umm good), salmon fishing, fly fishing, skiing, deer , pronghorn, elk, bear. Lots to do more than i have time for.

We had a little rain Saturday afternoon but for the most part it was pretty nice weather. Its all in the gun and loads i just pull the trigger with a solid rest. And we had a lot of close shots the were very plentiful.

First off early morning is great it slows around noonish and picks back up again around 3 and yes about 6-7 the go beddy bye time. Do you reload? if not start. I zero my 204 for 200 yards and it is around 3/4 " high @ a 100yrds. Then 300 it is only a few inchs low. Just depend on your velocity ...

41 year Oregonian love the state for varmints i think the big game lacks from other states but we get salmon , sturgeon,,trout, Muleys, Blacktail, whitetail , Rosys and rocky mt elk, ocean, rivers, mts. desert, And The DUCKS GO DUCKS!!!!! DOWN W/ AUBURN
